In order to ensure you continue receiving important emails from the system, it's essential to whitelist our domain (@r.applicant-tracking.com). This process prevents legitimate emails from being filtered into your spam or junk folders. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to whitelist a domain on the most popular email platforms, helping you avoid missed communications.


1. Gmail (Google Workspace)

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
  2. Navigate to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  3. Scroll down and click "Create a new filter."
  4. In the "From" field, enter the domain you want to whitelist
  5. Click "Create filter."
  6. Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam."
  7. Optionally, check other boxes such as "Always mark as important" or "Categorize as Primary."
  8. Click "Create filter."

2. Outlook (Outlook.com or Microsoft 365)

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
  2. Go to Mail > Junk email.
  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click "Add."
  4. Enter the domain you want to whitelist
  5. Click "Save."

3. Yahoo Mail

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "More settings."
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Filters.
  3. Click "Add new filters."
  4. Give the filter a name and enter the domain you want to whitelist in the "From" field
  5. Under Choose a folder to move to, select Inbox (or another folder).
  6. Click "Save."

4. Apple Mail (iCloud Mail)

  1. Log in to iCloud Mail via a browser.
  2. Click the gear icon in the lower-left corner and select "Rules."
  3. Click "Add a Rule."
  4. In the "If a message" dropdown, select "is from."
  5. Enter the domain you want to whitelist
  6. In the Then, move to folder dropdown, choose Inbox or another folder.
  7. Click Done.

5. AOL Mail

  1. Click the Options menu in the upper right and choose Mail Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Spam Settings.
  3. Under Sender Filter, click the dropdown and select Allow mail only from addresses I specify.
  4. Add the domain you want to whitelist under Allowed senders and domains and click Save Settings.

6. ProtonMail

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon.
  2. Navigate to Filters in the sidebar.
  3. Click Add filter.
  4. Choose Allow Sender.
  5. Enter the domain you want to whitelist
  6. Click Save.

7. Zoho Mail

  1. Click on the gear icon and select Email Settings.
  2. Under Anti-Spam Lists, click Allowed List.
  3. Enter the domain you want to whitelist under Allowed Domains.
  4. Click Save.
