Automatic Job Codes will automatically generate job codes when you create new jobs. The auto-numbering sequence begins with 1000001.

To enable Automatic Job Codes, go to the Main Menu in the top right corner of your Dashboard > Select Account Details > then go to Feature Management. Once on the Feature Management page, you will see the Automatic Job Codes toggle switch. To enable it, click the toggle to turn it on.

Note: The Automatic Job Codes feature uses it's own numbering system, beginning with 1000001. If you turn it off and then back on, it will continue where it left off but skip over any that were manually added while the feature was disabled.
